What we collect

• Your email address and, if you give one, your name. They identify your account and are where we send your codes and your reports.
• A mobile number, only if you add one yourself for text-message codes. See the SMS terms.
• The scenarios you write and the transcript of each practice call, with the assessment we produce from it. These are your practice record, and no other user sees them. Sivuno's administrators can download the scored report of a call, which quotes lines from its transcript, to give support; every download is recorded with the reason for it. At an event, the event's scoreboard lists your name, your best score, the length of that call and how many calls you made; anyone who has the event code can open it, and it is shown on the venue screen. Names are checked when you join, and Sivuno can take a name off a board or show it as "Guest" instead.
• Usage figures: minutes used, when calls started and ended, and the cost of running them.

Your voice during a call

During a call your microphone audio is streamed to OpenAI, which plays the supplier and transcribes both sides. The audio is not stored by us. OpenAI may retain the audio and transcript for up to 30 days to monitor for abuse, does not use them to train its models, and then deletes them. The transcript is stored with your call. The assessment of the call is produced by OpenAI models from that transcript.

How long we keep it

Your account, scenarios, transcripts and assessments are kept until you delete your account. Usage figures are kept without your identity after that, so our totals still add up.

Deleting your account

Open Account → Security and choose Delete your account, or email support@sivuno.com from your account's address; either way we delete the account, its scenarios, transcripts and assessments.
