Terms of service
Sivuno Negotiation Lab is provided by Sivuno for practising negotiation with an AI supplier. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
The service
Calls are with an AI, not a person, and the assessments are produced by AI models. They are practice feedback, not advice, and nothing said on a call binds Sivuno or any supplier.
Your account and minutes
A trial account comes with a fixed number of practice minutes. More are granted at Sivuno's discretion when you ask. An event code gives temporary access on the organiser's terms. Keep your sign-in factors to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Use the service for negotiation practice. Do not try to extract the supplier's private position by any means other than negotiating, do not attack the service, and do not share event codes outside the event. At an event, do not use a display name that is offensive or that pretends to be Sivuno or an organiser.
Availability and changes
The service may change or be withdrawn. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. These terms may be updated; the date at the foot of this page is the current version's.
